This project explores how leadership misalignment shows at work.

Instead of explaining ideas through frameworks or language, I built a series of short, restrained narrative clips focused on small, familiar moments: the awkward silence in an elevator, the pizza meant to lift morale, distracted attention, nervous habits, half-jokes that don’t land.

The goal was recognition, not persuasion. If it feels uncomfortable, it’s because it’s familiar.
